Flooding in Thailand impacts operations

Flooding in Bangkok and surrounding areas is affecting inland logistics and air freight operations. Customers should allow additional lead time and expect possible delays.

Ocean freight
Some container depots, container yards and CFS facilities in Bangkok and Lat Krabang have temporarily suspended operations or are experiencing delays. Most terminals and ports remain operational, but cargo deliveries, empty container returns and transportation may take longer. Please follow any depot diversion instructions provided.

Air freight
Operations at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport are affected to varying degrees across terminals and service providers. Cargo handling, acceptance, and processing may take longer, particularly during peak periods, and temporary delivery restrictions may apply.

Before arranging cargo delivery to Bangkok, please coordinate with your Toll Global Forwarding representative. Allow additional time for trucking, terminal acceptance and cargo processing, and share critical flight or delivery deadlines early so available options can be reviewed.
