Acquisition of Transolve Global

14 May 2025

We are delighted to advise that we entered an agreement to acquire Transolve Global (Transolve), an Australian-based specialist in international freight forwarding of wine, bulk liquids, and perishables.

Transolve is expected to commence operations as a new business unit of Toll Global Forwarding in the next few weeks. Supported by Toll Global Forwarding’s global network and capabilities, the new business unit will focus on developing solutions for our food & wine vertical.

I’d also like to take the opportunity to introduce Rachael Budd, CEO of Transolve, who will lead our new business unit as SVP Transolve. Rachael is an accomplished professional with extensive experience across wine, bulk liquids, and food & beverage. Rachael has grown Transolve Global from a one-woman start-up into a global freight forwarding force. Her comprehensive and nuanced knowledge of the landscape and drive to make a difference have enabled her to cultivate a market-leading corporate culture that always strives to deliver optimal strategies and client outcomes.

We look forward to discussing how our newly acquired capabilities can create greater value for your supply chain.

Thank you for your support.

Suhail Qureshi
Interim President
Toll Global Forwarding
