Toll Group wins Purpose & Impact Award at AustCham Singapore Business Awards for driving inclusive innovation

Toll Group has been awarded the Purpose & Impact Award at the prestigious AustCham Singapore Business Awards 2025, recognising its bold and measurable commitment to embedding purpose across its operations, from frontline safety to inclusive leadership and community engagement.
The award celebrates organisations that make purpose central to their business strategy. Toll stood out for its integrated approach to diversity, equity, inclusion, and sustainability across the Asia-Pacific region.

- First Nations Partnerships: Elevating Indigenous voices through community engagement and storytelling, integrating cultural wisdom into decision-making.
- Inclusive Leadership Training: Equipping managers to create psychologically safe and equitable workplaces.
- Employee-Led Networks: Supporting diverse communities internally, including carers, LGBTQ+ colleagues, and families.
- goFLUENT English Support: Breaking language barriers for frontline employees to improve communication and career mobility.
- Sustainability and Cultural Learning: Promoting environmental awareness through upcycling competitions and cultural education via a First Nations online series.
In Singapore, Toll’s commitment shine through Givers @ Toll, an employee-led volunteer network, partnering with local charities, and celebrations of cultural moments – such as Lunar New Year, Hari Raya, National Day, Mid-Autumn Festival, and Deepavali.
Toll also marks global days promoting Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIB), including International Women’s Day and World Mental Health Day.
To support women’s career growth, Toll’s Global Forwarding Mentoring Program pairs emerging female talent with senior leaders to build confidence and representation.
