Toll Group has launched a new expert-led webinar series designed to deliver practical, solution-led insights that support customers and prospects in navigating complex supply chain challenges.

The first session, Supply Chain Uncertainty in the Middle East: Rerouting, Realtime Solutions, and Resilience, took place on 1 April 2026. The live webinar brought together Toll specialists alongside Dr. Vinh Thai, Professor of Logistics & Supply Chain Management at RMIT University, to share practical insights on managing disruption across a complex and fast‑moving regional trade environment.

The discussion explored sustained challenges impacting Middle East supply chains, including geopolitical tensions, disruption across key maritime routes and shifting global trade corridors. The panelists examined how operational agility, real-time visibility and routing decisions are increasingly critical to maintaining continuity as disruption becomes a constant feature of global supply chains.

Key takeaways included:

  • How regional disruption and geopolitical risks will continue to evolve and reshape global trade routes
  • Speed, flexibility and informed decision-making remain critical to operational continuity
  • Practical approaches to building resilience and preparing supply chains for periods of heightened uncertainty
  • Case study of using alternative routing through Toll Group Sea-Air solution to mitigate delays and capacity constraints

“Our Middle East webinar marks the launch of an exciting new expert-led series for Toll Group, where we will unpack the key forces reshaping global supply chains and highlight the opportunities emerging across diverse markets. As businesses navigate rapid change, we’re committed to equipping our customers with the insights and perspectives they need to stay ahead,” shared Renee Wong, Global Head of Marketing.

Added Andrew Whitehouse, Senior Vice President UK – Toll Global Forwarding, “This series is about helping customers translate industry shifts into real commercial gains. By starting in the Middle East, we’re providing focused guidance that supports faster and more informed decisions in a complex operating environment.”

The session also featured live polls and interactive Q&A, enabling participants to engage directly with Toll experts.

The discussion sets the foundation for continued engagement with customers on navigating disruption and strengthening supply chain resilience.
