Toll Group is delighted to announce a new partnership with We Are Mobilise driving an employment pathways initiative in Australia.
“We Are Mobilise” is an organisation working to support Australians experiencing homelessness. Through this partnership, we have launched a new employment program designed to create job opportunities for individuals within the Mobilise community, helping them build financial independence and work toward long-term stable housing.
The partnership will first focus on a pilot group before scaling this opportunity nationally. Toll Group has selected our first three candidates who have already commenced employment through Toll People and we are currently assisting another five. Our goal is to achieve 30 new job placements by the end of the year.
At Toll, we're committed to driving meaningful change beyond logistics, and we look forward to reaching the target for this year and expanding this program.
