Now in its third year, Toll's Global Graduate Program has expanded its offering, giving recent graduates from China and India an opportunity to join and kick start their logistics careers.
Applications are now open for our 2020 Graduate Program in Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam, with Singapore opening in the coming weeks and New Zealand, Australia, China and India opening in the coming months. The rotational program allows graduates a chance to learn the business from the ground up, and provides exposure to different areas of the business.
"We are excited to be able to offer recent graduates from China and India an opportunity to join Toll's program," says Sharon Abbott, Toll's Graduate Program Manager. "As we are experiencing growth in these regions, it was the perfect opportunity to offer the program to graduates in these countries - plus, we are always looking for talented individuals to bring new ideas to the business."
As part of the two year rotational program, each Graduate has an opportunity to step out of their comfort zone and learn different aspects of the logistics industry, they also have a mentor that supports them throughout their rotation - another plus is, each Graduate is provided with a full two-year development program focused on developing leadership capabilities.
“Working at Toll means really getting our hands dirty and diving into the deep end from day one. The managers here are really supportive of the learning that you get as a Toll Graduate, and try to give more practical and hands-on learning whenever possible. I also like that you get a strong support system and cross-border learning from fellow Toll Graduates around the world.” Nicholas Chow – 2019 Graduate.
