Fair Work Commission approves the Toll-TWU Enterprise Agreement 2021-2023 (Heads of Agreement)

Toll Group is pleased to announce that the Toll Group – Transport Workers Union Enterprise Agreement 2021-2023 (Heads of Agreement) has been approved by the Fair Work Commission. This means that the Heads of Agreement is now officially the Enterprise Agreement that applies to our approximately 2,000 valued transport workers.

This represents the final step in the negotiation and creation of a new enterprise agreement that was commenced in April 2021. This fair and balanced agreement will provide certainty for the business and our customers, while making sure Toll Group continues looking after our team members.

Looking ahead Toll Group can continue to focus on delivering for our customers and supporting our teams.

Toll Group has already proactively honoured relevant pay rises and backpay agreements for team members covered by the Enterprise Agreement.
