Our delivery services include B2B and B2C solutions for delivering letters, documents and small parcels across our global network.
We offer these services within Australia (same day, overnight, off peak, after hours) and within New Zealand (overnight, same day, off peak and next day intra-island) for documents and parcels weighing up to 30 kilograms. We also have a range of prepaid satchels for domestic deliveries (1 kilogram, 3 kilogram and 5 kilogram sizes) – please note prepaid satchels cannot to be used to send valuables such as gold and cash, or dangerous / hazardous goods.
We also offer express and economy international delivery services for documents and parcels weighing up to 30 kilograms to more than 220 countries and territories across the world. We offer prepaid 500g international envelopes – please note prepaid envelopes cannot be used to send dangerous / hazardous goods.
Please note: Weight and size restrictions apply depending on transport mode, and we cannot move items classed as unacceptable or prohibited e.g. weaponry, illegal narcotic substances, human remains (including ashes).
