Typical Corporate Roles
Our Support Analysts have a firm grasp of warehouse and logistics provider business practices, processes and their daily operations. At Toll, these roles are related to the Customer Solutions area. Some Analyst responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving issues with our technical platforms and improving them. These roles complement our Support Technical Leads in day-to-day fixes, patches and installation/testing. An understanding of the software we use, cloud systems and strong decision-making skills with the ability to relate to a range of people will see you succeed.
At Toll we are safety obsessed and our HSE Managers drive our proactive implementation and continual improvement of the Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) culture. Including the strategy, plan and performance of the specific business customer or sites they oversee. They’re also responsible for providing practical HSE advice and support to our people and deliver initiatives that continually improve our HSE performance. As a Toll HSE Manager you would typically participate in site inspections with stakeholders and develop and implement HSE plans. Being across the most recent laws and compliance requirements locally and globally is also key.
IT Security Architect
Our Architects lead end-to-end IT Security and best practice at Toll, as well as keeping us actively protected as an organisation against major developments, trending activity and issues. They direct, develop and maintain our IT Security Architecture, working closely with Domain Architects to ensure our Enterprise IT functions are strong. They also advise on new technology and introduce it into Toll in a considered way that integrates with our systems. In this role you may play a part in moving our technology forward and exiting old legacy items, as well as strategically planning the technological future of Toll and its security investments.
