We have been supporting our customers for more than 130 years. Today, we support more than 20,000 customers worldwide with 500 sites in 25 countries, and a forwarding network spanning 150 countries. We are proudly part of Japan Post.

Graduate Program

As a Toll Graduate you could be working within operational or functional streams, learning how our sites operate and what it takes to provide the level of service to our customers that we do.

From freight forwarding, contract logistics and supply chain solutions, our graduates will gain experience while undertaking a rotational program over a two-year program. Graduates can be exposed to continuous improvement, people management, financials, safety and technology while in rotations across our business. For us, it’s about our graduates learning the business from the ground up.

Intern Program

For our interns, it is an opportunity to gain experience working within our industry and to see what it is like.  You could be part of our peak planning process or working with HR to assist with organisational development or employee relations.  Our internship is designed to provide an overview of our organisation and can lead to early offers for our Graduate Program.
