Safety

Embedded in our Toll values is the belief that all injuries are preventable and everyone has the right to go home safely.

This belief forms the framework to the way we do business. It is articulated in our global Think safe. Act safe. Be safe. strategy, which aims to develop a consistent and systematic approach to leading and managing health and safety across our business. Think safe. Act safe. Be safe. is about making sure we all live and breathe safety in our workplace.

At an individual level, we expect every Toll employee to be responsible for acting safely without risk to them or others - working safely is a condition of all of our employment arrangements.

At an operational level, we work closely with customers to ensure our teams’ interactions on their sites, and with their facilities, are conducted safely.

Our commitment to continuous improvement ensures the ongoing training and certification of our teams - allowing us to deliver our services in the safest possible way, complying with regulations and help make Toll a safe place to work.
