The card you've received outlines considerations for rearranging your delivery. Please make note of the boxes ticked on the front of the card as you'll need this information when you access the Priority Parcel tool. For example, we may need to check ID, and you may need to provide a signature.
As a minimum you'll need the card number and the consignment number, both of which should be on the card itself. These items are circled on the image below.
To start the process, please click the orange button to the right of your screen to launch the Priority Parcel tool.
