Toll Group announces the winners of the third annual Health and Safety Awards

The Health and Safety winners are...

Safety innovation and leadership across the Toll Group has been recognised in the annual Health & Safety awards.

Now in its third year, the  awards emphasise the importance of health and safety in our business, and recognise the individuals and teams who’ve made an impact on our safety innovation, excellence and leadership during 2015.

The winners were joined by Toll’s Managing Director, Brian Kruger; GM Health and Safety, Brett Curtis; Chairman, Ray Horsburgh and the Group Senior Executive Committee members.

Managing Director, Brian Kruger gave out the awards on the night and said, “For the third year running I have been overwhelmed by the commitment and passion for safety in our business.

“We had a number of outstanding entries to choose from, and the decisions were tough. However, the winners of the six awards here tonight really do live and breathe safety, and that’s what we were looking for.

“I’m so proud of how far we’ve come on our safety journey. To go from basic safety management to developing and growing a strong safety culture in a relatively short space of time, is an achievement that we can all be proud of.
