TollConnect

TollConnect is an automated PC based despatch management and transmission system. The system provides all the functionality required by your despatch department to enter consignments, print labels, Connotes and Manifests, transmit consignment data, and provide detailed reporting.

TollConnect improves productivity by automating the process of creating consignment details, labels, barcodes, manifests, and other documentation, allowing your staff to prepare and despatch thousands of consignments per day. TollConnect removes paper from your transport system and facilitates improved track and trace.

Reduces Shipping Errors

Misdirected and lost freight causes enormous frustration on the part of the sender and receiver and hours of work sorting out and resolving the problem. With TollConnect, freight is clearly labelled with a barcode to ensure it is tracked throughout the Toll network with the least chance of misdirection or loss. Each label contains additional information such as your reference numbers, which facilitates ease of receipt of goods by customers.

Consignment notes, manifests, and bar-coded labels are all generated by TollConnect automatically ensuring all information is valid and consistent.
